Cloud Architecture
The Cloud Infrastructure Architecture team support the curation of the services portfolio in Google Cloud for Deutsche bank as well as the development of critical designs for the use of cloud technology. The team will support the selection of technology products, produce designs that guide cloud engineers in the creation of cloud modules and work with other technology units to create reference architectures and solutions designs as appropriate. Architects in the Cloud Infrastructure team get to work with Google and other cloud products on a daily basis and are frequently exposed to the very cutting edge of technology in the cloud

As a Cloud Architect (m/f/x) you will be responsible for supporting cloud design and technical delivery across infrastructure, networking, operations, and application migrations by providing technical direction and design thought leadership.

Your key responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor to build confidence and organize overall IT strategy aligned to the broader business needs.
• Provide credible advice by leveraging cross-functional technical and functional domains.
• Ensure predictable technical outcomes for workload migrations to Google Cloud Platform considering the technical and delivery constraints.
• Maintain documentation standards, templates and libraries. Work with technical teams to ensure the relevant artefacts are appropriately maintained.
• Understand Cloud technology as it applies to Deutsche Bank

Your skills and experiences

• Several years of working experience in a technical infrastructure environment
• Experience in working in a design capacity with a major cloud service provider (Google, AWS, Azure)
• Understanding of Cloud Principles, such as Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, Kubernetes
• Understand of Hybrid Cloud Principles
• Understanding of Cloud Security
