Position Overview

Details of the role and how it fits into the team
You will be joining the Conduct Risk Compliance Team which is responsible for coordinating the Bank's Culture, Integrity and Conduct (CIC) programme, including ownership of the Conduct Risk Management Framework. This high-profile programme reinforces the Bank's values as articulated in the Code of Conduct, delivering enhanced conduct and integrity across all businesses, geographies and infrastructure functions within the Deutsche Bank Group. You will act as SME for the CIC programme and support the Bank's Conduct Risk Management Framework, and proactively support and contribute to the overall CIC Programme initiatives including culture and conduct metrics and reporting, as well as programme governance and change management.

Your key responsibilities
  • Supporting the team's leadership and delivery of the CIC Programme, including the Conduct and Internal Fraud Risk Management Framework which includes:
  • Support the CIF lead in:
    • The oversight of the global Conduct and Internal Fraud Framework incl. CIF Risk Type Taxonomy, CIF Reporting, CIF Review, as part of the Bank's risk control assessments (RCA, MaComp and AFC RTA).
    • As SME, review and development of the methodology, documentation, training materials, reporting and comprehensive stakeholder communications to support all components of the CIC programme and CIF Framework including providing guidance on appropriate initiatives to deliver effective oversight of culture, culture change, and conduct risk management.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management across all 3 LoD, business and Infrastructure.
  • Internal and External Findings management.
  • Horizon scanning of the external events and regulations in relation to culture and conduct risk.
Your skills and experiences
  • Experience in the management of non-financial / operational risks with exposure to behavioural risks as well as culture and behavior change approaches, ideally with experience in driving culture change
  • Strong Stakeholder and Project Management skills. Experience of leading a global programme(s) would be an advantage.
  • Business analysis, programme management and change management skills, including prior experience of developing policies, designing and implementing robust business processes, and delivering sustainable change
  • Advanced critical thinking and problem solving capabilities
  • Excellent report writing, communication and influencing skills
