Position Overview The Client Data and Data Standards team in Germany has an instrumental role in delivering a number of large client data change projects in the organisation. The focus of the role will be the data analysis, alignment, ensure appropriate controls are put in place, as part of and in responding to bank wide projects, such as Unity and KYC TOM project. To be successful in this role, excellent client data knowledge and business analysis experience are necessary, data analytical and project management skills are critical as well.
Responsibilities - Responsible for the project management of client data change projects
- Cooperate with all stakeholders in the bank to understand and document data requirements front to back
- Definition of data standards and ensure alignment with global policies and standards
- Analyse data population and identify data quality gaps
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data input/sourcing processes
- Initiate required systematic changes to technology and operational processes to reduce / eliminate data issues
- Work close together with remediation teams across the globe to package and plan remedation efforts
- Responsible for updates and progress reporting as part of the PMO
Experience and skills - Experience in Data Management, Data Analytics, Business Analysis and Financial Services
- Good knowledge of client reference data and onboarding processes
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record in data change and automation projects
- Strong and well-developed relationship / stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methods and tools
- Convincing analytical and problem solving experience and skill to deal with a complex and ever changing environment
- Good knowledge and awareness of data tools and solutions in the marketplace
- Open minded, able to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers & team members
- Highly motivated to identify and fix issues
- Excellent and effective communication skills in English
