Core Payments IT
Core Payments IT is running several large-scale transformation projects in the areas of Core Payments and Core Banking. The projects involve renovation of the application landscape, building modular architecture, delivering new products and services, and creating foundation for new business/revenue models.
We are hiring bright Backend Lead Engineer (m/f/x) to work on projects in Core Banking domain.

Your key responsibilities:

• Design and develop new functionality from scratch
• Participate & provide technical leadership to the team, mentor and direct junior developers, interview candidates, improve SDLC processes
• Work closely with project/program management as well as managers of related applications to build and deliver across many components/teams
• Co-working with QA team on test automation of new and existing functionality

Your skills and experiences:

• Good multi-annual hands-on knowledge of core Java/Kotlin
• Good knowledge of algorithms/complexity/performance/UML
• Experience designing and implementing high load / high available / microservices
• Knowledge of SQL, Linux, Spring, Swagger/OpenAPI, Maven
• Hands-on knowledge of modern Web UI technologies (React) is a plus
