Anti-Financial-Crime Technology Deutsche Bank is committed to the highest standard of control in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions & Embargoes, Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) and Anti-Fraud, collectively referred to as Anti-Financial Crime (AFC). Anti-Financial-Crime (AFC) Technology provides the tools and applications required by the AFC function. AFC is responsible for defining, maintaining, and enforcing an effective risk management framework to reduce the risk that Deutsche Bank may be used to facilitate financial crime.
As a Scrum Master (m/f/x), you will be working with our leading/award-winning FX platform team to integrate payments and reference data systems with the roll out of in-house Anti-Financial Crime Risk and Control applications in an agile software delivery environment.

Your key responsibilities - You will be responsible to create and manage team metrics (burndown, burnup, velocity, feature lead time, predictability) and Program metrics (waste) and be able use this as evidence to coach teams of teams or program on how to improve flow
- You will drive TDD, BDD, JIRA Hygiene, Code Coverage, Code Quality, and other Development Best practices
- You will facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews and retrospectives
- You will escalate risks and issues to the Program Level where appropriate
- Have fun
Your skills and experiences - Experience of working in an agile team, practicing Scrum, Kanban, XP, LESS or SAFe and sound understanding of DevOps practices
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, TFS, Confluence
- Experience of implementing multiple coaching techniques when working with Teams and Individuals (e.g. Active listening, powerful questioning, reflection, feedback, GROW model etc).
- Agile Certification and Strong knowledge of Agile fundamentals, values, manifesto and practical implementation. Have experience on working with the teams to understand which agile methodology works best for them.
- Experience in coaching the Product Owner and business on refinement of the backlog, ready for big room planning. Working as RTE is a plus, managing scrum of scrum of multiple teams
