dbSyndicate is a leading application on the market for primary bonds issuance. It manages an entire process: creating new deal, collecting orders for the deal, calculation of P&L, creation reports for users and external regulators. dbSyndicate is in top-3 .

As a Senior Data Engineer (m/f/x), you will be playing a key role in a product team, responsible for Oracle data migration and performance optimization. We are looking for experienced engineers with strong design and coding skills, team players, motivated and self-driven. People with passion for software engineering and the ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment.

Your key responsibilities:

• Manage end to end ownership of data migration process from requirements to production release
• Seek ways to improve application's performance and code quality, ensure architecture supports business requirements
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and data loading from a wide variety of data sources using batch and stream processing
• Manage migration from a PL/SQL monolith application to Java
• Recommend ways to improve data reliability, application performance and ensure architecture supports business requirements

Your skills and experiences:

• Good knowledge of Oracle database Performance Tuning, database design
• Good knowledge of PL/SQL
• Will be a plus: several years experience of Java, knowledge of data modelling principles and best practice
• Project management skills and analytical thinking, good skills in written and spoken English
• Will be a plus: Grafana, Prometheus, and any monitoring, log analysis, stats gathering related stack
