Senior Finance Manager (m/f/d) Real Estate Financing

Location: Berlin

Your Tasks

• Independent execution of new and management of existing bank financing processes for the residential and commercial real estate portfolio
• Selection of suitable financing partners and presentation of the financing project
• Analysis and selection of financing offers and preparation of decision templates for the management
• Negotiating the financing agreements, considering the commercial conditions and internal and external legal and tax advice
• Engagement with banks and other stakeholders in the company (e.g. asset management, controlling, legal)
• Preparation of internal and external reportings, continuous monitoring of loan covenants  
• Training and support of junior employees
• Cash Flow analysis in MS Excel

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in real estate finance
• Experience in training junior employees
• University degree or similar in Finance or formal training in a bank / real estate company
• Good communication skills and analytical talent
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data management
• Self-starter who, with the right tools and guidance, likes taking initiative
• Proficiency in spoken and written German and English
