As a Social Media Specialist focusing on the German market, you will play a crucial role in managing content for our official Instagram and TikTok accounts, driving influencer marketing efforts, and increasing engagement through organic reach. You will work closely with the KOC/Influencer Manager to support various initiatives, including building KOC groups, creating content, WOM marketing, and managing affiliate programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
  • Manage and oversee the official Instagram and TikTok accounts for the German market.
  • Develop and execute effective and efficient content plans to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Monitor social media channels and handle the community management
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize engagement and growth.
  • Create performance data reports on a project and campaign basis, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to recommend and implement new strategies.
Content Creation:
  • Create visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, images, videos, and written copy.
  • Collaborate with internal design teams or external agencies to produce high-quality multimedia content within given cost and time frames.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar and posting schedule.
Influencer Marketing:
  • Work closely with the KOC/Influencer Manager in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies.
  • Identify and engage with influencers who align with the brand's values and objectives.
  • Manage influencer cooperations and campaigns
  • Monitor influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and values.
  • Measure the effectiveness of influencer collaborations through analytics and reporting.
KOC (Key Opinion Customer) Management:
  • Support in building and managing different KOC groups with varied profiles.
  • Help with organizing and maintaining relationships with KOCs to foster advocacy and engagement.
  • Collaborate with KOCs on content creation, reviews, testimonials, and other promotional activities.
  • Develop and manage WOM (Word of Mouth) marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Engage with different online communities to promote brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Assist in the development and management of affiliate programs to drive brand reach and sales.
Campaign Management:
  • Support the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in making real-time adjustments to optimize results.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency and fluency in German and English (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent verbal communication and networking skills.
  • Proven experience in social media management, particularly with Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and experience in working with influencers.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant social media management and analysis tools as well as content creation tools.
  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with e-commerce and online retail marketing.
  • Graphic design and video editing skills.
