Liquidity domain

In Liquidity domain we are working every day to help our corporate clients run their business more smoothly. The clients that will be using and/or benefiting from results of your work as well-known multinational corporates (many of which you know and use their products). The products we provide to clients are sight deposits, overdrafts, intraday credit-facilities, term deposits and off-balance sheet investments. Those products help clients to make payments to their employees, suppliers, and achieve their cash management goals.

As a Senior ÛX Designer (m/f/x), you will join the team in Berlin and partner with product and delivery experts using digital design and collaboration tools (Figma, InVision, Adobe, etc), to create engaging and usable applications.

Your key responsibilities

• Design creative UX solutions that meet business requirements, tested with end-users, and applies web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Execute the User Centered Design (UCD) process from start to finish.
• Contribute to the Design System: publish UI patterns and components, document standards, and collaborate with designers across the wider organization to deliver solutions that are fit-for-purpose.
• Perform heuristic evaluations across new/existing products
• Give accurate effort estimations and deliver on time and to budget.

Your skills and experiences

• Skilled at generating new visual design solutions off the back existing patterns and standards.
• Knowledge of accessibility requirements in alignment with WCAG standards
• Experienced in stakeholder management and cultivating relationships with business and development peers.
• Experienced in responsive design, enabling omni-channel experience of end-user products
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to collaborate with developers and product leads to balance the needs of the end users against technology and time-to-market constraints
