Anti-Financial-Crime Technology

Deutsche Bank is committed to the highest standard of control in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions & Embargoes, Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) and Anti-Fraud, collectively referred to as Anti-Financial Crime (AFC). Anti-Financial-Crime (AFC) Technology provides the tools and applications required by the AFC function. AFC is responsible for defining, maintaining, and enforcing an effective risk management framework to reduce the risk that Deutsche Bank may be used to facilitate financial crime.

As a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer (m/f/x), you will be working with our leading/award-winning FX platform team to integrate payments and reference data systems with the roll out of in-house Anti-Financial Crime Risk and Control applications in an agile software delivery environment.

Your key responsibilities

• You will support in user research to gather insights for new product. Participate in end-user and stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user testing sessions
• You will assist in production of research related UX documents like journey maps, personas etc.
• You will apply innovative thinking to design concepts, blending in user needs, business vision as well technical limitations
• You will effectively present ideas and concepts in form of wireframes, prototypes to a wider audience including stakeholders, developers, design team members and POs
• You will collaborate with business, designers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software which are aligned with design system

Your skills and experiences

• Extensive experience and proven track record of delivering end-to-end experience on complex web applications - Starting from user research to concepts to design documentations
• Ability to effectively communicate concepts and design rationale
• An understanding of how to ensure these interfaces are easy to navigate, linkable, responsive, and accessible
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma and InVision
• Self-motivated to priortise as well as manage workload
