The current strategy will see the business looking to make a large number of acquisitions as well as disposals to support ambitious growth plans and as such the need for M&A capability is high. Candidates can also expect to be involved in strategic analysis to support acquisition targeting in the key digital sector which is a priorty for the business.
Applications are sought from candidates with M&A experience gained in a leading Bank, boutique or advisory firm and whilst consumer sector experience is useful it is not a prerequisite. The role is based in Germany but local language skills are not needed in what is a very international team.
