What You Will Be Doing

Work with internal stakeholders to further improve the Settlement and Processing service as well as the customer satisfaction, supporting change and implementing it in daily processes with impacts on the team
In accordance with your Team Head, establish the new SLA governance and align all parties to comply herewith
Work with your responsible head and Business Management for customer or prospect related requests such as pricing
Establish positive relationship with the custodian's network and clients with the goal of improving the overall quality of the service
Execution and monitoring of activities of the team
Investigation and resolution of assigned open issues
Carry out all managerial tasks in the employee's lifecycle
Participation to internal and external audits
Process improvement, as well as active support on projects related to Settlement and Processing business

What You Bring To The Job

Higher education in Banking
Proven managerial experience
Several years of operational experience in Securities Settlement and Processing area
Positive, pro-active, determined and motivated personality
Fast comprehension, flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a multi-cultural & global environment
