The fund has a top track record across multiple fund cycles and a strong deal pipeline. They invest in buyouts with a focus on business services, healthcare, consumer products, and industrials. The role incorporates all aspects of the deal cycle, from origination to execution, with active portfolio involvement post acquisition. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Close involvement in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities
- Responsibility for monitoring and managing existing investments
- Significant exposure to portfolio management, working to capture value and build business towards exit
- Hands on work and close interaction with the senior team members
YOUR PROFILE: - Great academic record from an established university
- Strong transactional background from an investment bank, strategy consultancy or Private Equity
- Impeccable financial modelling skills are a must for this position
- A down to earth personality and ability to engage with German and European mid-market firms
- Excellent interpersonal skills, hands on attitude with the motivation and drive for dealmaking
- Fluent English and native German language skills are a must
