Position Overview The Business Architecture team forms an interface between management, the agile change organisation, the product owners, technology architecture and enterprise architecture, across Corporate Bank.
Its mission is to improve the design of Corporate Bank's capabilities, facilitating re-use, highlighting inconsistencies, and fostering better investment decisions. This should enable the delivery of consistent, interoperable, and flexible infrastructures and processes.
These objectives of the team entail the definition of the business architecture methods, Corporate Bank wide design principles, the management of a Business Capabilities inventory and facilitating the use of these methods and artefacts by the entire organisation from strategy and investment planning through to implementation of change.
Your key responsibilities - Drive the implementation of Corporate Bank's Strategy by applying Business Architecture, Design Principles and Capabilities Models
- Guide the change organization, the product owners and the tribe architects in defining target state business architectures for their areas of responsibility
- Own timebound projects across Corporate Bank to define solutions and responsibilities for themes not clearly assigned to owners in the organization
- Closely collaborate with the domain/technology architects in defining tech roadmaps to achieve the designed target business architecture
- Work with other Business Architects across the firm to further develop the Business Architecture discipline of the bank
Your skills and experience - Preferably degree in Business Administration/Information Technology or a comparable field
- Preferably experience in Business Architecture or Enterprise Architecture methods and practice, alternatively strong track record in solution design or change delivery
- Preferably expertise in Transaction Banking technology or product development
- Excellent partnering and communication skills in German and English as well as stakeholder management combined with the ability to successfully navigate a complex organization, build strong relationships and work collaboratively with other teams
- Analytical aptitude and strong attention to detail combined with high level of commitment and the ability to deliver high quality results within tight deadlines
