To strengthen their team the firm is now looking for a Corporate Finance Associate to join their team in Frankfurt
What the job involves

• Corporate Finance: Modelling assistance across the operational and financial model, support the strategic transformation and corporate financing function
• Business Case Appraisal and Review: Review of all commercial business cases including providing a financial evaluation and investment appraisal across the organization prior to Executive submission. It can include any potential M&A or greenfield opportunities
• Exec Reporting: Provide robust scenario modelling and business reporting to facilitate executive-level decision making
• Board Documents: Ownership of board documents (incl. the monthly report, and key KPI dashboards that monitor monthly business performance for board reporting)
• Monitoring of subsidiary performance: Point person in charge of oversight and smooth post deal integration
• Investor Relations: Managing shareholders and providing analysis to aid discussions
• Debt financing: The role also extends to helping the team look for potential third-party debt financing, fulfilling banks' requirement in terms of reporting (Business Plan, post-closing update to lenders, monitoring and forecasting of covenants, etc.)

Who we are looking for

• Previous banking or advisory analyst experience (M&A, debt advisory, leverage finance, project finance, or big four valuation / advisory team) within digital infrastructure and a strong modelling background
• Ideally some experience of executing infrastructure equity or debt transactions
• Infrastructure financing experience, preferable experience in digital/TMT/Telecommunications is of benefit
• CFA qualification is a plus
• A systematic, self-responsible way of working with a lot of initiative
• German speaker with excellent English skills
