Country HR Lead, Frankfurt

Country HR Lead, Frankfurt

Take ownership of your HR career and come and join our dynamic EMEA HR team, where you will be working within the heart of our business whilst being immersed in a customer-focused workplace culture built upon driving efficiency and innovation.

You will be based in Frankfurt and provide HR services including benefits management to our employees based in Germany and other Western European countries. You will also partner with our Macquarie Capital business group in Germany to provide the leadership team guidance on their day to day HR activities.

You will work with the London based HR team to input into and deliver a people agenda that is aligned with the region's commercial aims and overall people strategy and Macquarie's corporate HR principles and practices. You will have a strong understanding of local HR practice and have demonstrated experience working with employee benefits in Germany and ideally other Western European countries.

You will be driven, self-motivated and be able to demonstrate prior effectiveness in a highly-matrixed, international environment, preferably with banking/financial services experience. You will be a team player with the ability to multi-task and have a successful track record in a relevant HR role. To be successful, you will need to have fluent German and English. French language skills would also be desirable.

If you have excellent business and HR stakeholder relationship management skills, the proven ability to excel in a busy, results-driven culture and are looking to make an impact, then we'd love to hear from you.
