HR Advisor, MacCap ACS, Frankfurt
Take ownership of your HR career and come and join our dynamic EMEA HR team, where you will be working within the heart of our business whilst being immersed in a customer-focused workplace culture built upon driving efficiency and innovation.
You will be based in Frankfurt and provide day-to-day HR and intern recruitment services to our Macquarie Capital business in the division of Advisory Capital Solutions with employees based in 5 offices across EMEA including Frankfurt, Paris, London, Amsterdam, and Johannesburg. You will work with the London based HR team and support international HR initiatives including the annual performance process. You make sure that Macquarie's corporate HR principles and practices are implemented across the business and are aligned to the overall people strategy. You will have a strong understanding of German employment law, and ideally have demonstrated experience working with high volume off-cycle intern recruitment.
You will be driven, self-motivated and be able to demonstrate prior effectiveness in a highly matrixed, international environment, preferably with banking/financial services experience. Your strong negotiation and influencing skills as well as your demonstrated track record of resilience will see you excel in this role. You will be a team player with the ability to multi-task. To be successful, you will need to have fluent German and English.
