As an integral part of the Corporate Bank Front Office, the Strategy and Change Governance team manages KYC and KYC related regulatory activities for our correspondent banking clients end to end - both for the Cash and the Trade business. This specific role is aligned to Strategic Process & Change Management within this Front Office organization supporting the Institutional Cash Management and Trade Finance Financial Institution products.
Responsibilities - Participate in relevant bank wide transformation working groups, ensuring awareness of business specifics and involvement of the correct experts from the business as required
- Identify enhancement potential in existing process landscape and drive reviews as well as change initiatives to improve overall efficiency and stability of the KYC process
- Prioritize and support process improvements also applying data driven models where applicable (e.g. Lean / 6 Sigma / Agile)
- Monitor, agree and communicate change ensuring efficient and effective processes and controls, work with other CLM functions as required to ensure adequate training and awareness end to end
- Oversee and drive adequate process documentation across all ICM TFFI CLM teams
- Close collaboration with teams covering the maintenance, development, and automation of key applications in the KYC space Build and maintain strong relationships to key stakeholders within the ICM TFFI and other parts of the bank
Professional and Personal Requirements - Experience supporting global projects / workstreams
- Strong interest and skills in system and process change management (e.g. Lean / 6 Sigma / Agile)
- Confident and fluent in written and spoken English mandatory, German preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels
- Accuracy, diligence, and the ability to deliver high quality results within tight deadlines combined with the ability to work under pressure. Resilience and commitment, ability to plan and prioritize
- Command of MS Office applications and general computer proficiency
