Our client is setting up a buy and build platform in the German Healthcare sector. As an experienced and motivated M&A manager you will lead the acquisition processes of their healthcare portfolio from due diligence through to closing while working closely with the investment team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Identification, valuation and structuring of new add-on acquisitions across the DACH healthcare market
- Autonomous management of all due diligence work streams
- Reptort to investment team
YOUR PROFILE: - Initial experience from investment banking, Big Four, consulting plus ideally experience in corporate healthcare M&A or in a MVZ setting
- Strong academic background
- Excellent financial skills and commercial judgment
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work independently with a hands-on attitude
- Written and spoken fluency in German and English is a must
