Position Overview The Payments team works with cutting-edge technology to create a unique and broad digital payment offering to the market. You will be working on projects involving stakeholders across the organization as well as external partners of the Fintech and digital payments industry. Your key responsibilities - Collaborating on defining a robust and modern Risk Management Model for Deferred Payments
- Defining risk management and controlling requirements for technical and operational implementation of Deferred Payments products
- Managing various risk types in a growing Payments portfolio and ensuring a robust monitoring and control environment is in place
- Supporting additional projects directed to ensure sustainable growth of the product portfolio
- Ensuring compliance with risk, legal and regulatory frameworks in daily business and during product enhancements
- Creating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners to further enhance the product suite
Your skills and experiences - You have worked or currently work at a Financial Institution, Payment Service Provider or Fintech
- You understand the business model and associated risks of Deferred Payment products
- You have experience with Risk Management for digital payments, ideally deferred payments products and you have experience in defining and implementing risk controls
- You have experience in managing complex projects and dealing with changing contexts and ambiguity
- You are a trustworthy and clear communicator in English and preferably German, both verbally and in writing
- You are great at building strong, effective relationships and able to get the most out of them
