Senior Analyst or Junior Associate, Frankfurt - Macquarie Capital
We are continuing to expand our German presence and are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst or Junior Associate to join our Macquarie Capital team in Frankfurt.
Macquarie Capital is the investment banking and principal investment arm of Macquarie Group and our German team delivers independent M&A, capital markets and debt advisory services to financial and corporate clients in the DACH region.
We are looking for Analysts or Associates with strong M&A experience, to support in the origination and execution of a broad range of transactions across Germany and Continental Europe.
You will work with the senior team to generate and execute opportunities, assisting them in all marketing and transaction execution activities. You will prepare pitch books for marketing and transaction execution purposes as well as model cash flows / financial projections to support transactions, and manage internal processes for investment decisions . You will also have the opportunity to attend relevant meetings and interact with our client base. Moreover, you will work in a highly motivated team and environment covering M&A, debt, equity advisory and principal investments for Macquarie Capital's balance sheet in different sectors.
To be successful for this role, you will have between 2-4 years of relevant M&A experience and an excellent academic record. You will be able to demonstrate your deal execution experience and be regarded as an outstanding performer amongst your peers. You will possess strong financial modelling, valuation, and presentation skills, and have excellent written and spoken English and German language capabilities.
