Position Overview Team/Department We as Payment and Cards offer products which our customer use daily and billions of time. We do not only ensure the usage of well-known payment methods like SEPA Credit Transfer, SEPA Direct Debit or Cheque for millions of customers but work on the modernization of payment and card business with products like Instant, Mobile or Third Party Payments using state of the art technologies like rest services, google cloud or APIs.
We look for a business functional analyst who is going to lead the business and functional analysis for projects in the payments domain. In this context you will be responsible for capturing and documenting the full range of requirements, translating these into systems specific functional specifications to enable solution development, analyzing the impact of changes and supporting the business throughout the implementation process and manage the communication with other stakeholders.
Tasks - As a Business Functional Analyst you are responsible for capturing and documenting the full range of requirements, translating these requirements into system specific functional specifications to enable solution development, analyzing the impact of changes and supporting the business throughout the implementation process
- You will be translating the business and functional requirements into a technical solution design
- Evaluating feasibility and cost estimations as well as business scenarios and the underlying business cases in cooperation with the lead business functional analyst
- Coordinating and design the creation of options for new business solutions and manages detected issues and risks
- Being expert contact to determine solutions and establishes relations between program/ project managers, clients and if necessary, to other parties
Skills & Experience - Relevant university degree in e.g. Computer Science or economics
- At least 3 years of professional experience in business analysis
- Strong analytical skills and experience in problem solving
- Payment knowledge (SEPA, Cross border payments) are of benefit.
- Good knowledge of IT process tools: Business process modelling, UML as well as quality management systems and processes during the software development lifecycle, e.g. Clarity, HP- Lifecycle Management (ALM), Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
- Language skills : Fluent in English and in German.
