Responsibilities:
  • Leading and executing internal communications programs, working proactively with senior business leaders and stakeholders throughout EMEA and globally
  • Developing and executing on impactful external communications campaigns, increasing media attributions and elevating profile
  • Building and maintaining exceptional journalist relationships
  • Identifying market trends and developments that could positively or negatively impact the Business
  • Leverage your resourcefulness, creativity and flexibility to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
  • First class communication skills - written, verbal and presenting
  • Significant experience in a communications function focusing on internal communications within a financial services organization, either in-house or for an agency
  • Strong track record of successfully creating and implementing a regional comms plan
  • Experience in media relations
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, an MBA is beneficial
  • Keen interest in, and good understanding of, business and financial markets including the associated instruments
  • Fluency in English (French language skills desirable)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Easily able to switch between leading own projects and participating in team projects; you are a team player
  • Highly organized with superb attention to detail
