Position Overview The TDI Private Bank Germany (PBG) Service Operations team provides application Level 2 support for our PBG applications across all domains.
As the CSM-1 (Client Service Manager Delegate) and Teamlead for several of our critical PBG Investment Settlement & Core systems you will lead a team of 11 internal colleagues (7 in Germany, 4 in India) and several Managed Service resources who provides the production support for those applications. Together with this team you will provide the Production Support (i.e. Level 2 support) for critical investments core systems (securities settlement) and ensure a smooth and stable operation avoiding or at least minimizing negative business impact. Your job will be to establish a thorough relationship to the respective Application Development team (PBG Investments) as well as to our stakeholders like e.g., Operations who use the applications your team is supporting.
You will ensure that your team follows the Production Support processes (mostly Incident, Problem and Service Request Management) adhering to all global and local standards. Especially in case of major incidents you will ensure timely escalation, communication to the relevant stakeholders, proper impact and priority assessment as well as regular updates as per process. Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to review all planned production changes to avoid any risk to our production systems.

- Maintain an end-to-end view of the application and infrastructure landscape
- Maintain relationship to our clients to understand business requirements
Skills and Experiences: - Degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in mainframe development and operating
- Functional background knowledge in securities settlement
- Ability to speak and write English as well as German fluently
- You motivate and develop your team through your excellent soft skills
