About the opportunity About Fidelity Real Estate
The real estate division launched its first funds for institutional investors in 2008 and is serving a range of blue-chip clients from the UK, continental Europe and Asia. The experienced investment team is based in six locations across Europe (London, Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Munich and Luxembourg) and buys, manages and sells real estate in established real estate markets and commercial use types. The asset management team is responsible for all our funds' properties, throughout the investment cycle. This includes providing input on new acquisitions, adjusting the property specific strategy over the holding period, managing external service providers such as property managers, leasing brokers or consultants and supporting property disposals. What you will be doing
As an integral member of the continental European Real Estate Asset Management team you will be supporting team members across Germany, France, the Netherlands, Luxemburg and Belgium in their daily tasks. You will be able to contribute by:
- Supporting our sustainability activities, with a focus on tenant engagement and our supply chain
- Supporting technical or sustainability related property level projects
- Researching tenants' operating models
- Assisting asset managers with reporting and updating marketing material
We do not expect you to come straight in and know everything about what we do. As a working student, we will help make sure that you get the most out of your time with us. You will get the opportunity to shadow our asset managers and experience all aspects of the role. What we look for

The work you will be doing requires a combination of analytical skills and attention to detail as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
