Allianz SE Holding IT is managing all workplace and infrastructure IT Services required for the business operations of Allianz SE. The IT Supply & Contract Manager Workplace Services is responsible for overseeing the relationship to the internal service provider Allianz Technology and the contractual framework and for monitoring service supply with respect to service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor service agreements with internal shared service provider Allianz Technology
  • Monitor providers and IT operations, especially provided by Allianz Technology
  • Check service provider conformity with respect to legal and external regulatory requirements
  • Support the business owner in overseeing the relationship with the service provider and in assessing the performance of the service provider
  • Ensure compliance of IT workplace services to internal and external regulatory frameworks
  • Monitor design and delivery of IT workplace services provided by Allianz Technology for Allianz SE
  • Initiate and manage change and transformation projects
  • Initiate and drive IT service management process analysis and improvements
  • Foster consistent relationships with internal stakeholders


  • 'Master’s Degree in information technology business administration or similar
  • Strong understanding of a broad set of information technologies, technology markets and trends, IT management processes, IT governance, and IT controlling
  • Project management certification(s) as PRINCE2, PMI, etc. and/or service management certification(s) as ITIL/ ITSM are a plus
  • Advanced hands-on skills in using end-user productivity tools (MS365 esp. Teams and Sharepoint)
  • Must be fluent in English (written and spoken), must be highly proficient in spoken and written German

Experience & Key skills

  • Experience in provider and service management
  • Profound knowledge of IT service management and IT processes/frameworks (e.g. ITIL, COBIT 5, PMI)
  • 5-7 years business experience in information technology, ideally in the financial services industry
  • Broad knowledge and practical experience with the provisioning of IT workplace services, processes and procedures (e.g. virtual clients, Microsoft365, enterprise mobility services, workplace hardware)
  • Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
  • Very good collaboration skill, transform strategy into action
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven flexibility and adaptability in effectively driving results in an environment of changing priorities
  • Self-motivated team player
