We are seeking an intern who is passionate about transformation and change to drive the successful roll-out of the Allianz Customer Model in Claims Module. You will get hands-on experience in driving customer-centric transformation projects. You will challenge current standards with an eye for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Creation and Maintenance of ACM Business Model:
Supporting the conceptualization phase of ACM Modules
Supporting Change Management documentation, communication, validation process
Rollout & Implementation of ACM Business Model:
Preparing and aligning roll-out plans for different Allianz entities in various countries
Supporting rollout activities such as diagnostics workshops
Supporting extensions to other LoBs such as fit/gap analysis, reusability analysis
Project Management:
Managing stakeholders globally, to ensure a continuous information flow on the program
Preparation and maintenance of project documentation for ACM Modules Work Stream
Completing organizational tasks which allow for the smooth execution of ACM Modules Work Stream
Maintaining intranet pages and internal training portal

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
Master or bachelor student in advanced semester in a relevant field of studies such as Business
Administration or Economics
Strong academic achievements
Enrolled at university for the whole period of employment
Experience from prior internship in top tier consultancy or having worked in a successful start-up
environment is a plus
Fluency in English is required, additional languages are plus
Financial services / insurance background is a plus
IT skills (Office applications): Proficient use of office application tools e.g. Power Point, Excel, Word, Teams
International study/working experience

Presentation skills: Effectively express and display thoughts and ideas visually, using various tools
Communication skills: Clearly and effectively express ideas and messages via speech and writing
Collaborative mindset and passion to work with people and entrepreneurial spirit, thinking out of the box
Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to work with employees with various background in an international
Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations
