  • Managing divestment strategy for assets in accordance with business plans.
  • Prepare market overviews, financial analysis and investment performance reports for internal and external stakeholders as required, and support the preparation of financial analysis for key asset-level capital events and investment decisions (for example, major leases, hold/sell strategy, etc)
  • Help grow the existing MAM market network to create new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate hiring and resource allocation with senior MAM Real Estate EMEA leadership.
  • Ensure key asset challenges are addressed proactively, focusing resources as needed.
  • Drive consistent and high-quality operational standards; foster best practices in acquiring and disposing managing office, retail, residential and logistics properties with input and direction of Investment Performance team.
  • Commit to working towards MAMs' net zero pathway, and Work, Health & Safety targets.

You will likely have expertise in both finance and real estate sectors across Europe (10+ years) and experience managing people, workstreams, and transactions. You will have a demonstrable track record of originating and leading large and complex transactions in multiple European markets, have an existing deep industry network, be a team player and strong communicator, and likely be fluent in English and German.
