Manage our cooperation with major customers around the eFront Investment Café Product Delivery

Main responsibilities:

Communication - Organize appropriate communication and meetings internally at eFront and with the client to make sure:

- Product roadmap and delivery plans are communicated to the client based on standard or ad-hoc reference documents, updates are provided on a regular basis, these plans are reviewed and discussed with the client on a regular basis, and commitments, agreements, expectations are properly formalized.

- Requests from the client are communicated to eFront through the appropriate channels, and processed in reasonable timeframes. This processing of requests includes documenting, reviewing with the client as needed to reach a clear and shared understanding, and providing eFront’s feedback regarding on whether the request is accepted or not, and what the associated development and release plans are.

- Relevant eFront ways of working around Development and Delivery are presented and understood by the client, and the client is notified of changes in this area.

- Communicate in a similar way as described above with sub-contractors if any.

Project Management – Perform appropriate development progress checking and reporting so that:

- Information and decisions expected, from eFront and from the client are provided on due time

- Plans refinements, changes, and deviations if any are tracked, communicated early and discussed so that new agreements are reached and formalized.

- Product changes are released according to the plan shared with the client

- Risks of failure in plan execution are tracked, mitigated with appropriate stakeholders, and escalated on time.

- Act in similar ways as described above with sub-contractors if any, and make sure sub-contractors service evaluation method and plan are in place and executed.

Reporting and escalation

- Plans and progress are reported on a regular basis. Reporting is clear, complete, accurate.

- Risks and issues are identified and escalated early.

Continuous cooperation improvement

On a permanent basis, identify areas where our ways of working together with clients are source of frustrations, frictions or misunderstanding, and propose appropriate changes to improve the cooperation and fix the problems identified. Holds for cooperation between eFront participants and with sub-contractors if any.

Works with and reports to:

  • Works with following eFront groups on a daily basis: Delivery team, Client Support, Strategic Relationship Manager.
  • Reports to – Head of Delivery for Investment Café; part of the Technology department.
  • Travels abroad, mostly Europe and US are required, on infrequent basis

Required background and skills:

- Management of software delivery project based on agile (scrum) development practices, and targeting large strategic clients

- Working in an international environment with teams and clients in different locations and time zones.

 - Experience working for the finance industry a strong plus.
