Our Corporate and Investment Banking teams in Berlin are working on our strategic tech stack across a range of products including fixed income sales & trading, FX trading (incl. our award-winning Autobahn platform), payments (incl. payments acceptance), core banking, lending and trade finance amongst others. All our systems are built for scale and global business flows.

As a QA Testing and Automation Engineer (m/f/x) you will design and run our testing strategy and processes to help us bring our products to market.

Your key responsibilities

• Participate and contribute to test artifacts like test plans, test scenarios, test cases
• Collaborate with other test engineers in automating approaches and frameworks and building necessary reusable test artifacts and QA processes
• Plan and execute full sets of test activities, coordinate complex end-to-end tests across multiple systems
• Drive the implementation of testable architecture of developed applications
• Develop and improve in-house testing automation tools and test frameworks
• Optimize the length of test cycle s and therefore time to market of new functionalit ies

Your skills and experiences

• Hands-on professional e xperience in the Quality Assurance /Testing/Testing Automation area in a corporate agile team
• Proven track records in building QA process es and test automation approaches on a large scale
• Technical background, and experience in usi ng, developing and implementing Java based automation technologies
• Experience in defining & implementing tool strategies, test automation frameworks and reusable components across multiple platforms or technologies
• Experience with JAVA, Unix/Solaris, good SQL knowledge ; programming expertise in modern object-oriented languages are a plus
