Position Overview Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: The ICM/TFFI Management Information analyst role supports the Global Operational Manager in creating and owning the MI vision and strategy to support the KYC leadership and production teams in fulfilling the E2E Client Lifecycle Management function for Institutional Cash Management (ICM) and Trade Finance Financial Institutions (TFFI).
The function is critical in extracting, managing, analysing, and interrogating data to support clear decision making by KYC leadership and Production teams. Continuously seeking to improve the architecture design and approach of the team through the use of new or alternative technologies and approaches. Additionally, the position holder is expected to support the wider Operation Management team in their own responsibilities as part of a flexible and multi skilled team supporting the ICM TFFI business. The successful candidate would expect to deliver:
- Develops and maintains a state-of-the-art analytics and management information across all teams in the E2E workflow of KYC for ICM TFFI Business
- Analysing large data sets from various sources of structured and unstructured data to identify trends and patterns to help the team to optimise is operations
- Creating, deploying, and supporting interactive dashboards that combine visuals with real-time data
- Provides regular inputs & verbal update to senior management and manages escalations as required
- Works closely with the teams in Client Life Cycle Management and other relevant stakeholders to seek opportunities for efficiency gains in reporting and allignment in approach
Professional and personal requirements: - Advanced Microsoft office skills, Power BI, VBA, Visual Studio, SharePoint Building amongst others
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the fields of Data Analytics and Management Information work a global financial institution, consulting firm or similar
- Experienced in managing SQL servers, including setup and management of custom built applications
- Resilience and commitment, ability to plan, prioritize and work under pressure in a team environment
- Accuracy, diligence and the ability to deliver high quality results within tight deadlines with a fluency in written and spoken English required
