About our client

We are working with an independent, early-stage venture investor with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Their investment focus is on pre-Seed and Seed investments in industry sectors that are actively shaping the future; primarily in B2B Software across Digital Health, Digital Transformation, and Climate Solutions. To accommodate their high deal flow they are looking to hire an Investment Manager to grow their team. What the job involves

• Working in a small, lean team you will be involved in aspects of the deal life cycle, including qualitative and quantitative investment analysis, deal structuring, and negotiation through to close
• Working within an independent and empowered team
• When necessary, you will actively work with the portfolio companies to assist management teams and promote value creation
• Meet and interact with early-stage founders, proactively building a presence and network in the market

Who we are looking for

• A Tech and Venture Capital enthusiast with prior experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or venture capital investing
• You have a strong entrepreneurial attitude with excellent decision-making skills and a clear passion for investing in a (sustainable) future
• Straightforward and perceptive you thrive in fact-oriented discussions and analysis
• Fair, helpful, trustworthy you are an absolute team player
• Fluency in English and German is required
