About our client

Partnering with a prominent European private equity investor our client is building to become the No. 1 in digital consulting and solutions. In recent years, they have expanded their business across Europe and globally. The Strategy & Post Merger Success Manager will play a fundamental role in the success of this growth. Based in the Munich Headquarters you will work across DACH and international projects. What the job involves

• Working in close collaboration with the CEO you will be the first point of contact for new companies joining the organisational platform
• As part of the Corporate Strategy/ M&A Team you will be involved from due diligence stage through closing and beyond, to work on maximising synergies across the organisation
• You will be responsible for the onboarding in all key areas, including Finance, Marketing, Recruiting, Systems and Governance

Who we are looking for

• Significant consulting background with a focus on strategy, Post-Merger Integration and transformation
• Strong affinity for software and digital transformation
• Excellent, methodological skills in project management and facilitation
• Ability to be proactive and manage across all stakeholder groups with a high level of emotional intelligence
• Intercultural competence with proven mediation skills
• Fluency in German and English is a must
