WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....

University students who are curious about insurance, passionate learners and thrive in a fast-changing environment.

Internship Period: 12 June 2023 to 18 August 2023

The purpose of our 10-weeks programme is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.

What you will learn and contribute:

Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Group Strategy, you may be involved in

• Evaluating key industry developments and emerging trends relevant to AIA's strategy
• Supporting strategic analysis on key initiatives for the Group across areas such as Life insurance, Healthcare, Savings and Wealth Management
• Participating in strategic problem-solving, including developing and testing hypotheses for new growth opportunities
• Supporting the development of business cases and presentations

What you will need:

• Students from all background and disciplines who are in your penultimate year of study
• Excellen t tea m playe r an d passionat e learner
• Ability t o multi-task , quic k t o adap t an d abl e t o wor k i n fas t changin g environment
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong computer skills required, well versed in Microsoft Office
