We have a team of dedicated, experienced investment advisors who identify opportunities in the various asset classes and employ the best strategies and product vehicles to cater to each client's needs. Coupled with partnerships within the DBS network and with global institutions, we strive to build long-term relationships with our Private Banking clients in Asia by providing them with high quality, timely and extensive wealth management, investment and financial solutions.


Responsibilities
  • Coordinate annual customer engagement surveys and implement corresponding improvement plans
  • Manage / promote the implementation of RED initiatives and customer journeys.
  • Manage and implement clients' delights program and to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Think from the view of customer, identify areas for continuous improvement on customer journeys to ensure seamless and first-class customer experience.
  • Develop ideas to fully utilize our digital platforms for enhancing customer communications and experience.
  • Work with various internal teams to assist to drive various digital initiatives, usage and engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to closely monitor our customer satisfaction score and manage customer feedbacks/ complaints and related regulatory correspondences to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate and work with regional teams on major projects that have benefits on service excellence and business operation process efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business management or related disciplines
  • 7 years of banking experiences at relevant roles
  • Customer centric with strong problem-solving skills and strong analytical power.
  • Highly organized team player with good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter, detailed oriented and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MIS Excel and Power Point.
