Accountant or Senior Accountant, Insurance

My client is one of the insurance market players in Hong Kong, looking for a young talent or a proactive person with finance & accounting background to join their finance team. A competitive package and career development plan will be given to the right candidate. Fresh graduate with university degree in Accounting & Finance will be considered as well.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in month end and year end closing
• Prepare and review aging schedules, account analysis and bank reconciliations
• Prepare statistical and other reports as required by management, government and regulatory bodies
• Perform UAT for system development/enhancement
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks if required

Requirements:

• University's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• 3 years' relevant work experience, preferably in financial services industry
• Fresh graduates with Accounting degree will be also considered
• Humble, responsible, passionate about learning and growing with teammates
• Familiar with Excel, Access and Word
• Good command of English (both written and spoken) and excellent command of Chinese (either Mandarin or Cantonese)
