Accounting System IT Support, Finance Department

Key Duties

• Accounting system support. Design and maintenance Chart of Account and financial reports.
• Accounting system functional enhancement. Gather user’s requirement, coordinate internal resources and external resources to optimize existing process
• Integrate accounting system with upstream systems
• Automate accounting daily processes to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in  IT or accounting related field
• Familiar with accounting system (e.g. Oracle Netsuite)  
• Familiar with risk management system (e.g. Calypso, Imagine, Apex) is an advantage
• Programming skills are necessary, excellent in excel and VBA
• Project Experience is an advantage
• Work independently and be self-motivated
