We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a broad range of secretarial duties and administrative support for our Branch in Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative support to the Branch, including answering phone calls, arranging appointment requests, handling general enquires from internal and external clients
  • Manage schedule and set up external/ internal meetings/ conference calls
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Process expenses claim
  • Organizing travel arrangement for oversea visitors
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Provide general office administration support
  • Coordinate courier requests (incoming and outgoing)
  • Liaise with building management, as necessary
  • Assist in amendments in presentations and documents
  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Undertake other responsibilities as required by management

 

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years secretarial experience
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Good proficiency in IT – Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Chinese typing required
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to prioritise and be flexible
  • Good communication and team working skills
  • Able to work under pressure
