We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Customer Services Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • Achieving the company's retention target of the assigned corporate and member portfolio, by proactive portfolio management and building excellent customer relationship
  • Managing customer relationship independently and meeting and exceeding the customers' expectation
  • Generating business referrals to sales team from servicing activities
  • Providing constructive feedback from customers on products and services to management for continuous improvement
  • Assisting team manager by providing support to the team


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University degree holder or equivalent with sound experience
  • Relevant experience in business development or customer services, particularly in the MPF and insurance industry would be a definite advantage
  • Proficient in PC skills including Excel, Words and Database skill
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
