Our client, a Financial Services Company, is looking for Compensation & Benefits Professional to join their dynamic and highly performing team.
  • Involve in the annual salary and bonus review process in a structured and consistent manner
  • Provide updated bonus and total compensation data analysis/reports for top management review and decision making
  • Review the competitiveness of the company’s benefits and make cost effective recommendations where necessary
  • Work with HR Business Partners and counterparts in local countries to ensure consistent benefit practices and arrangements are being deployed
  • Manage the Group Insurance Plans and local/overseas medical schemes; manage Group Retirement Plan, oversee the pension strategy and investment performance of the scheme
  • Supervise Assistant Manager on assigned work/projects

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience, at least 3 years in compensation & benefits
  • Regional knowledge and experience
  • Proven track record in salary surveys
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to multitask
  • Enthusiastic, proactive attitude and must be a good team player
