Our client, a well-known bank, currently is looking for HR professional to join their dynamic and highly performing team.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
  • Advise business teams on staffing, performance management, people development and employee relations matters
  • Work with line managers to identify the manpower needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Provide support to employee development, including identifying needs and proposing solutions
  • Manage performance and salary reviews in collaboration with C&B team
  • Streamline end to end recruitment process for various positions to enhance productivity and work efficiency
  • Proactively drive and support HR processes and engagement initiatives
  • Perform HR analytics which facilitates the formulation of people strategies, policies and initiatives
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as-needed

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5+ years HR experience in either banking or non-banking financial industry
  • Able to partner with and influence stakeholders of all levels
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English & Chinese (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
