To maintain the Bank's business recovery capabilities and minimize operational risk exposure by leading and coordinating the evaluation of Business Impact Analysis (BIA),design of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and related strategies, to analyze actual or potential operational risk events and recommend measures to minimize operational risk events.
Job Descriptions
Maintain the Bank's business recovery capabilities and hence minimize operational risk exposure by executing tasks according to the respective framework and polices.
Strengthening the Bank's business recovery capabilities by leading and coordinating the evaluation of Business Impact Analysis (BIA), design of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and related strategies,
Setting up and driving BCP test plans, conducting post-test evaluation to identify improvement opportunities for respective units's BIA and BCP.
Facilitate with relevant units in conducting mandated and ad hoc activities in Business Continuity Planning.
Enforce Bank's operational risk management system by executing tasks according to the respective framework and policies.
Prepare operational risk and business continuity management reports for management, head offices or regulators.
Analyze products and services and recommend measures to minimize operational risk events.
Analyze actual or potential operational risk events and recommend measures to minimize operational risk events.
Participate in mitigation of adverse impacts to the Bank arisen from operational failures or crisis occurrences.
Requirements
Degree holder in related disciplines;
Minimum 5 years' experience in business continuity and operational risk management;
Familiar in multiple areas of banking operations;
Knowledge in statistics analysis is preferred;
Good analytical and local thinking skill;
Good interpersonal and communications skills.
