Assist the Team Head to lead the team in compilation of accurate and timely Credit Risk MIS reports and portfolio analysis to support management decision-making and regulatory reporting. Oversee and lead the continual enhancement of the Credit Risk MIS infrastructure including the Credit Risk systems and Limit Management framework.



•Supervise the team in preparing quality MIS reports for both internal and external use

•Review the reports to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timely submission

•Prepare various portfolio management, asset quality reports, MIS reports and credit analytics for management’s review

•Monitor exposures against established limits and communicate to the relevant business units as needed

•Initiate system enhancements, workflow re-engineering, revamp of credit risk MIS processes & controls as needed

•Participate in bank-wide / risk-related projects in relation to reporting, exposure control and credit risk infrastructure




•University degree holder in Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management or related disciplines

•Minimum 8 years’ related experience in credit risk analytics, reporting and control in banking industry

•High proficiency in SAS, VBA, and other programming languages and databases will be a plus

•Sound knowledge in banking products and regulatory reporting

•Experienced in IT system project management, system implementation

•Strong communication, problem solving, analytical and project management skills

•Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Putonghua)

•Candidate will less experience will be considered as Senior Manager
