We are seeking enthusiastic applicant for the following position in Hong Kong:
- Monitor cash activity of the fund including cash transfer for investment needs, receipt of subscription proceeds, payment of redemptions and fund’s operating expenses
- Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and distributions activity
- Record transactions such as bookkeeping of invoices, bank reconciliations, fund transactions analysis etc
- Prepare Net Asset Valuations reports for the funds in-charge
- Prepare financial information and schedules for audit purposes, review draft financial statements and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years fund related experience
- Knowledge of Fund of Funds and Private Equity with direct working experience of fund accounting and/or fund administration will be beneficial
- Member of CPA is an added advantage
- A team-player with excellent working attitude; willing to take on multiple functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Fund Accountant
