Associate Director, Fixed Income Sales

We are looking for an experienced sales individual to join our Fixed Income Sales coverage team in Hong Kong. The Sales is expected to proactively work with the FICC trading desks to cover the distribution of their products as well as work alongside Debt Syndicate to support primary issuance activities.

 

Position Description

Develop real money accounts relationship for fixed income products.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Develop real money accounts relationship in RMB and USD fixed income products.
• Distribute the primary deals and bring client flow of secondary trading to fixed income trading desk from real money accounts.
• Place private deals.
• Facilitate the e-trading platform with trading desk.
• Back up other team members on real money/fast money accounts, and PB accounts.

​Requirements

• Bachelor or above degree holder in Finance or related fields
• At least 8 years of Sales experience in an investment bank
• Direct fixed income sales experience is highly preferred
• Basic knowledge of fixed income products and the primary issuance markets in Asia
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred)

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate, Fixed Income Sales
