We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Management Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

  • Oversee and the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business area aims. Change Implementation projects are out of scope
  • Participate in business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning
  • Facilitate and support senior management decision making by the use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums, stakeholder feedback and HSBC strategy
  • Participation in forums and committees to represent view of business area
  • Participation in devising and monitoring of internal governance activities
  • Investigating and seeking remedies for discrete issues which may be adversely affecting business unit performance
  • Working with external service providers to manage or evaluate their provision, monitor their performance and ensure service level agreements are honoured


Qualifications

Requirements

  • Solid working experience in Technical projects as an IT specialist
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate multiple geographies and functions
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different parties and to explain complex or technical issues in details
  • Understanding and interest in emerging technologies and their potential uses
