Our client, a prestige foreign asset management firm is now looking for a Compliance Manager to join as a 6-months contracter.
Reporting to the head of compliance, you will be in charge in the following 5 areas:
- Regulatory reporting
- Regulatory licenssing
- Draft and reviewing marketing material
- Review company-wide activies and ethcis
- Any other ad-hoc duties
To qualify, you must be:
- University Degree or above
- At least 5 years experiences in Compliance
- Candidates must be familar with SFC regulations
- Familar with SFC filing, reporting and SFC licensing
