Corporate Trainee Program 2023

Become Corporate Trainee, you will：

• Gain basic knowledge and concepts of credit proposal and credit analysis
• Learn client management under guidance from Corporate Relationship Managers
• Learn practical skills in the fields of client onboarding, customer due diligence, credit management, and anti-money laundering through job rotation
• Be guided by mentors with rich experience in corporate banking and also build a good network of peers
• Contribute and add value to current projects and business initiatives
• Become all-rounded talent in Corporate Sales and key cross-department communicator after 18-month Program

Applicants are required to be：

• Permanent Hong Kong resident or possess a valid visa to work in Hong Kong (IANG visa holders are welcomed)
• Final year students or fresh graduates (less than 2 years of work experience) with a bachelor’s or above degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related disciplines
• Proficient in English and Chinese and fluent in Mandarin
• Self-motivated, outgoing and enjoyable to be with others
• Strong communication and analytical skill with logical thinking
• Team player, with sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
