Our client is a leading Chinese Investment Banking Group with a focus on Capital Market in the Greater China region. They are currently looking for a senior DCM Syndication to join the team in Hong Kong.
Main job responsibilities include:
- To facilitate the syndicate role in bond issuing transactions
- To work with sales team on bond distribution
- To offer proper pricing indication to potential bond issuing
- To provide market update to the team and issuer
- To help write pitch book and regular update
- To follow up the project status and reporting
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines with professional qualification will be advantage
- Minimum 6 years solid working experience with major investment bank in syndication or fixed income sales
- Good knowledge in Bloomberg and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding on credit and bond market
- Independent with analytical mind and good communication skill
- Good written English and Chinese; Fluent Mandarin and English speaking
