We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Digital Acquisition Performance Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Leads and drives the digital always on performance marketing acquisition strategy, paid media and agency partnerships
  • Owns the performance marketing budgets, strategy and tactical KPIs across all paid media platforms such as Programmatic Display, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Aggregators or Affiliates
  • Always On acquisition is delivered across all paid media where targeting, messaging and cost can be continuously optimized
  • Setting measurement, reporting and analysis of paid media performance to drive customer acquisition across all digital channels
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge, Best Practices Maximise the efficiency of paid and social media performance and to maximise revenue generation and customer growth
  • Be the subject matter expertise in digital acquisition tools and techniques to drive paid media acquisition strategies and performance
  • Lead concept to implementation of reporting, analysis and insight in supporting Digital, Marketing and Business.
  • Knowledge in sophisticated analytics such as attribution modelling, lookalike modelling, segment affinity scoring to drive digital acquisition performance
  • Partner with DMP and Data Analytic teams to drive segment strategy and performance and actively support decision making for stakeholders' and Digital business teams
  • Test & Learn initiatives on new digital performance marketing platforms
  • Drive in-depth analysis on paid media digital platform to identify trends and opportunities for the business. Actively create hypotheses and make recommendations to drive forward business performance and KPIs.



  • ​Excellent hands on paid media digital platform skills proven ability to analyse data, identify key trends and opportunities, putting forward hypotheses and delivering strategic recommendations for each digital platform to drive performance and KPIs.
  • Excellent Web analytics skills, with knowledge with Adobe Analytics suite of products
  • Subject matter expertise and proven experience in digital acquisition tools, techniques and solutions including DMPs, DSPs, Doubleclick, Adwords, SA360, Facebook Business Manager, Social Performance, Tag management, Digital advertising, Attribution modelling
  • Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques, experience with Qliksense, Tableau or Datorama
  • Strong understanding digital acquisition space including display, programmatic, aggregator, social and Search platforms
